Shooting in San Antonio
San Antonio or the Austin studio
San Antonio is about 80 miles south of Austin on Interstate 35, around an hour and a half by road. At that distance, San Antonio clients can choose between a shoot in their own city and a sitting in Ryan’s studio in Austin.
In San Antonio, Ryan photographs at your premises, on location in a store, a hotel, a restaurant or a street, or in a studio rented in the city for the day. His lighting and camera kit travels with him.
Crew and travel
Crew is decided job by job. For a San Antonio shoot, hair and makeup, styling, an assistant and models may come from Austin or be booked in San Antonio, and every role is listed on the quote.
Travel is its own line on the quote, separate from the shoot fee and the licence. A headshot session at a San Antonio office is the set session price plus a travel fee; a session in the Austin studio carries none.
